Welcome to this new site about walking with dogs in the Lake District.

We hope this website will build into something like a Wainwright guide for dog lovers or perhaps a Woof Guide to the Lake District!

In Raq's diary broadcaster Eric Robson will be talking about walks with his cantankerous Border terrier, who is the star of the long running ITV series Out of Town.

You can share your favourite routes in the Lake District and the rest of Cumbria with other dog lovers. There’s a gallery where you can add pictures of your dog and you can also provide a profile of you and your dog. If you want to see someone else’s profile just click on their name.

To add information to the site you simply need to register with your email address and a password.
